A Vampire Story by Moira Buffini
Two orphaned schoolgirls move to a small town in England. Clair gets a job at a pub to support her younger sister, Ella, who studies drama at the local high school. As the story unfolds, different versions of the past emerge. Did her sister rescue Ella from an institution, or are they both vampires—a prostitute and a schoolgirl—bitten in Byzantium and thirsty for blood? Moira Buffini’s play has had over a hundred productions in Sweden.

When a group of youths is herded into an enclosure for the city's annual celebrations, they expect to be singing the city anthem. When they understand that the gate only opens one way, they begin to worry. As stories emerge concerning strange disappearances and inexplicable suicides, these youth really start to wonder what is waiting for them.

This is a play about the youth in a village, both Tutsi and Hutu, on the eve of the killers’ return home. An exceptionally strong play about the legacy of violence. It proved not to be a problem when the actors, mostly white, portrayed African children. The truth lies squarely in the story and the emotions.

To complicate things, medical discoveries extend life for those who can afford it and even reverse the aging process. A visiting scientist who looks like a twelve year old but in reality is 56 explains the repercissions. And the solution? Read the play and find out. It is as funny as it is dark.

The text can be apportioned to as many actors as are available. The ensemble is encouraged to support the text by playing music. Imagine a performance by a rock band.

A collaboratively written play responding to the climate crisis. The three Nordic countries decide to create a self-sufficient, model city-state behind walls in the remote North. Once established, this haven ignores the pleas of the desperate outside the walls and concentrates on their own safety and prosperity. The shift from socialism to authoritarianism is noticed and finally resisted. 60 minutes, 14 roles

The reigning hierarchy is broken, the lions no longer rule. Packs of Hyenas start turning up att other schools. It's great, until the Hyenas begin to realise that they are predators too. 60 minutes,14 roles

When that happens, churches can burn.
